And why.

What we collect when you submit the brief

The things you type into the form on /brief: your name, business, role, email, phone, services, taste references, brand notes, opening hours, address, and the tier you picked. Plus any logo file you uploaded. That's it.

What we collect when you visit the site

We log basic visit data: IP address, approximate city and country, the device and browser you used, the page you landed on, and where you came from (referrer or campaign tag).

This is for two practical reasons:

• Lead context — if a clinic owner clicks our outreach link, we know it's them, so we don't send a follow-up that ignores it.
• Security — to spot abuse (bot floods, scraping).

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run ad networks. We do not share this with third parties.

How long we keep it

Brief submissions: kept for as long as the project conversation is alive, plus reasonable time after delivery for support. Visit logs: rolled up after 90 days.

Third-party services we use

• Cloudflare — hosts the site. Sees visit metadata.
• FormSubmit — forwards the brief form to our inbox.
• Google Workspace — our email lives here.
• ipapi.co — looks up rough location and ISP from IP.

None of these get your data sold.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 7 days.
